“Don’t hate because I’m a superstar! And I’m married to a superstar! Nothin’ come between us no matter who you are!”

NEW YORK —The hip-hop community is giving a collective snicker to Kevin Federline’s performance debut.
Federline showed off his chops as a rapper on Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards, and the video was all over the Internet almost immediately.
Sean Paul was diplomatic about Federline’s performance, saying he expected more dancing “but he’s OK.”
Elliot Wilson of the hip-hop magazine XXL said Federline “is a joke, basically.”
Wilson said Federline doesn’t get it that he’s Britney Spears’ man and it’s hard to take him seriously.
Jermaine Hall of King magazine agrees, saying the thing that hurts Federline is that “He’s like, the Britney Boy.”
King suggested that Federline go for the teenage female fan base and “keep it clubby, keep it hoppy, keep it happy.”
Maybe K-Fed should’ve just avoided repeatedly saying “Grab your dick” on national television his first time out.
