Teacher Kay Walls, was allowed to show the film after receiving permission from parents to show “controversial” material as long as she was able to present a balanced perspective on global warming. However, Walls said she is struggling to find authoritative articles to counter the Gore documentary.
“The only thing I have found so far is an article in Newsweek called ‘The Cooling World,’ ” the teacher said.
